The company in branched off to create ‘Shieldbug’, the elite Security Service Provider
which exclusively consists of ex- Service Special Force personnel with an attractive and
professional look, to serve its Niche clientele.

To keep pace with vast developments in the industrial Security field, Watchguard joined
hands in 1993 to created M3 Force, Man / Machine Mix concept, the Technical Arm of the Group to primarily deal with Electronic Security equipment and provide Electronic Security Solutions.

The Purpose Built Training Facilities with Qualified Instructors and Trainers meet all the training requirements of the group. Our training arm 'Inward Bound' has gained such reputation that most of the outside corporate clients now look for services from these centres to train their staff.

‘LankAssist’, the manpower service provider which came into existence in 2009 has
gained a reputation of providing dedicated, motivated and focused personnel in various
disciplines to fill demands of the domestic, industrial and commercial establishments.

Watchguard Family has spread the activities to Facilities Management sector, having
overseas links with the establishment of AVL(Inc) at, California USA conducting various
operations in manpower utilization. Towards the realization of these objectives in Sri
Lanka and abroad, Watchguard Facility Management (Pvt) Ltd. has been established which now provide manpower services in various diciplines for which there is a constant demand.
