Recruiting

Our Recruiting Department initially checks the basic requirements. Even Ex-Servicemen have to undergo this process of evaluation.

We are very concerned about the temperament and atitudes of the candidates as much as experience and skill which is carefully assessed by our Expert Panel.

Being the Market Leaders with a prestigious standing we have an abundance of candidates ever willing to join us to build their careers.

Our recruiting procedures

Our stature in industrial security field has ensured a ready inflow of trained and disciplined ex-servicemen at all levels.

Identifying and understanding client needs a personnel Profile to identify Security Personnel who will reflect the image and the requirement of the Client will be formulated by the Personnel Department (HR Department) headed by a retired Major in the Army.

Attracting suitable applicants.

Security Personnel will be recruited on their personal qualities as well as on academic
and other achievements.

Watchguard is an equal opportunities employer and recruits both male and female
candidates as well as those from all ethnic origins.

Formal interview

A structured interview is held during which candidates will be further required to prove
their suitability for the role. A background check of all suitable candidates are done prior
to being deployed which includes obtaining certificates from the Police, Local government Agent and other organizations depending on the requirement.

Medical

During training a general health check is carried out to ensure an acceptable level of
fitness and health. Only after they are declared fit that they are put on duty.
